MANZANITA AREA WATCH NOTICE!

Warning:  There have been some strangers knocking on doors in our neighborhood during the wee hours of the morning.  Two such visits occurred at around 4:00 a.m., one a couple of nights ago and the other early this morning.  In the second incident, two individuals went through a hole in the fence and knocked on a back door.  The police indicated that there have been other such occurrences.

Please make sure all doors and windows are locked at night and have as much lighting on around your home as possible.  Also, if you should receive a visit of this kind, please report it to the police and to our area watch.  And please share this information with your neighbors---not everyone is on our contact list.  Anyone in the neighborhood who wants to join is certainly welcome.
